C603 CHAIR OUTDOOR / BASKET CHAIR C603 (Chaise C603) - This chair is exceptionally comfortable despite its comparatively small external dimensions. The pronounced seat trough and backrest shape as well as the flexibility of the polyethylene material work together ideally here. Thanks to the possibility of stacking it, the chair is ideal for gastronomy and fits in any apartment. The wickerwork of rattan surrounds the filigree steel structure and thus offers a very high level of seating comfort.

The C603 chair is a comfortable, stackable chair that fits perfectly in outdoor spaces where space is limited. Due to its light metal structure in combination with the polyethylene mesh, the chair appears timeless and remains modern at all times. The C603 was designed in the early 1960s by the Japanese designer Yuzuru Yamakawa, who leads the technical properties of the material in this chair to a formal result in a remarkable way.

Today the chair is woven in Indonesia. Which makes absolutely sense, since the material rattan is grown there and processed immediately. Each chair is handmade and gives it a unique and authentic character.

Because of its stackability , the C603 CHAIR is ideally suited for use in private dining areas such as in the catering trade. It is available as an indoor (rattan) and outdoor (polyethylene) version.
