Toggle switch with durable brass switching mechanism and solid screw contacts. The central insert and toggle lever are made of Bakelite; the body is made of steatite, a proven ceramic material.
This version is a cross switch. A cross switch is necessary when a light fixture needs to be controlled from more than two locations. Two-way switches are used to control a light fixture from up to two locations.
