THE WOOD FOOD BOOK - The declared goal of the team around Valentin Diem was to create a book that is far more than just a cookbook: “ WOOD FOOD - Cooking with wood , Fire, Smoke, Tar and Coal ”uses basic techniques to explain where the potential of wood in its diverse manifestations lies, and uses exemplary recipes to illustrate a contemporary approach to wood as a raw material in the kitchen. Those people who were or still are of crucial importance for the history of the origins and development of the WOOD FOOD project have also found their way into the book.

The cookbook is the result of an interdisciplinary collaboration: autodidactic chef and creative head of ValeFritz GmbH Valentin Diem with photographer Lukas Lienhard and graphic artist Zelia Zadra together. The result is a comprehensive declaration of love to the same raw material that the WOOD FOOD team has been with for a long time:

Recipes and detailed explanations of the various cooking techniques accompanied by powerful imagery, surrounded by graphics that get everything to the point.

Für zerbrechliche Produkte wie Leuchtmittel und Lampen empfehlen wir die Versand-Option mit FRAGILE (besonders sorgfälltige Behandlung durch die Post) auszuwählen. Für zerbrochene Produkte die ohne FRAGILE verschickt werden, können wir keine Haftung übernehmen.
