The handcrafted KORBO steel baskets have their origins in the Swedish 1920s. The KORBO baskets are timeless, aesthetic and, above all, practical aids then for fishermen, today for hobby gardeners and everyone else who is design-conscious and needs a portable basket that defies weather, wind and rain.

The Wire Baskets have been manufactured using the same, unchanged production technology since 1922. The production method seems simple, but it requires a lot of skill and experience, because each piece is only braided from a single wire, without soldering points. No part can come loose, which makes the basket extremely resistant and durable.

We carry a selection of carefully selected brands that have that certain coolness factor for us. This is evident in a timeless, functional design. The products are easy to combine and match our basic style, the “industrial look”. DAS_OBJEKT was created out of the joy of beautiful things and the need to share them with you.

SUSTAINABILITY AS A KEYWORD

Graypants is a conceptual design studio that responsibly creates lamps from recycled cardboard, architecture and other fun things around the world. Founded in 2008, teams in Seattle and Amsterdam deal with the implementation of sustainable projects worldwide.

You realize ideas that are socially, ecologically and economically profitable. Every project has a story. Most importantly, they have fun doing it! The Graypants team draws delightfully from all areas of life - there you will find true inspiration.

Inspired by the sun. Spherical hanging lamp from DCW Editions. This lamp was developed by Bertrand Balas, an architect born in Toulon in 1935, in August 1970. At first glance, this original lamp resembles other spherical lamps. But as soon as it gets dark and the HERE COMES THE SUN is switched on, the magical effect of the unique light comes into its own. The night becomes soft and calming.

In the spring of 1969, however, the Beatles on the Apple Records label are no longer in good shape. Tensions within the group are high. Relationships are cool. George Harrison then wrote the song "Here comes the sun". After the winter, the cold, the ice, it is good to feel the heat of the sun's rays. The song comes out in 1970 a few days before the lamp by Bertrand Balas. At that moment, Bertrand Balas decided to change the name of his lamp because he feared he would be attacked by the Beatles.

IFÖ Electric develop their products in an environmentally conscious way, so their LED modules consume less electricity and last longer. Their production is located in Sweden, which in turn reduces the transport burden. And last but not least, the products are designed to last, both in terms of quality and design.

IFÖ Electric works with porcelain, nature's material. They refine the product as gently as possible. Discarded unburnt material is always reused (recycling) as its recipe requires a certain amount of recycled material.

The history of IFÖ Electric began in Bromölla in 1934. It actually started earlier, as early as 1887 limestone and kaolin clay were found in Ivöklack on Lake Ivö, in 1919 the production of electrotechnical porcelain began and in 1927 Iföverken was founded. The production of lights began in the sixties. In 1965 Sigvard Bernadotte designed our classic Bernadotte lights, which are still in production today.

The architect Dominique Perrault and the designer Gaëlle Lauriot-Prévost designed this lamp collection with the aim of creating a completely original, timeless and long-lasting lamp.

The IN THE TUBE emits a soft, filtered and aligned light through the movable lattice filter reflector. The color of the grid filter determines the light color as such: stainless steel for a silver light, anodized aluminum for a coppery or golden light. The IN THE TUBE collection includes lights in different lengths, diameters and colors. These lights are made of borosilicate glass with stainless steel brackets. The aluminum lids close the IN THE TUBE with silicone seals and can be used both indoors and outdoors as a hanging, wall and ceiling lamp.

The IN THE TUBE lights could just as easily be integrated into your home or in a restaurant or in a James Bond film set or in a Jules Verne rocket.

Whether you are looking for a solution above your dining table or a lamp for a shop, we offer you the individual lamp that is tailored exactly to your needs.
